BARN

• 12x12 Stalls with rubber mats, automatic heated water units, sliding interior doors, exterior Double-dutch door, and fans
• Rubber matted grooming area
• Wash stall with hot/cold water, rubber mat, and heat lamp
• Large Tack Room with washer/dryer and individual spaces for each boarder
• Fly Spray System
• Sound system
• Monitored fire alarms
• Outside wash rack
• Customized feed program

 RIDING AREAS

• Covered arena (100x225ft) with full length mirrors, irrigation, and sound systems
• 20m round pen with all weather footing
• Wooded trails

 TURNOUT

• PVC fencing for all turnout areas
• 4 large grass paddocks
• 2 single turnout paddocks with electric fencing
• Heated automatic water units in all paddocks

 PROPERTY

• On-site owner and manager
• Electronic gate for security
• Trailer parking area
• Outdoor Wash stall
• Cement pad manure storage area.  Manure is removed weekly from property.
